1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Aqarrati platform, published by Aqarrati, a company based in Tangier, Morocco. By registering or using the platform, you accept these terms in full.
2. Service description
Aqarrati is a SaaS rental management platform enabling landlords and real estate agencies to manage their properties, tenants, contracts, and rent payments from a single interface. The service is accessible at app.aqarrati.com.
3. Registration and account
Access to the platform requires creating an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken from your account. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected].
4. Subscriptions and billing
The platform is offered under several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Agency). Current pricing is available at www.aqarrati.com/pricing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in MAD. Any started subscription period is due in full. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. User obligations
You agree to use the platform in accordance with Moroccan law, and in particular not to: upload illegal, false, or misleading content; attempt to access other users' data; use the platform for money laundering or tax fraud; disrupt server operations.
6. Intellectual property
The Aqarrati platform, its source code, design, brand, and content are the exclusive property of Aqarrati and protected by Moroccan and international law. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
7. User data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform (properties, tenants, contracts). Aqarrati undertakes not to exploit this data for commercial purposes. Upon cancellation, your data is returned in an exportable format for 30 days.
8. Availability and maintenance
Aqarrati strives to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur and will be notified 24 hours in advance. No continuous availability guarantee is offered for the Free plan.
9. Limitation of liability
Aqarrati shall not be liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data loss, commercial damages) resulting from the use or unavailability of the service. Aqarrati's total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. Aqarrati reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, without notice in emergencies.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tangier, Morocco.
12. Changes
Aqarrati may modify these terms at any time. Active users will be notified by email at least 15 days before any material change. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
