Aqarrati ('we'), a company based in Tangier, Morocco, is the controller of your personal data in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2. Data collected
We collect: full name, email address, phone number, professional role (landlord, agency, investor), number of properties managed, and anonymised platform usage data (pages viewed, events clicked). We do not collect sensitive data as defined by law 09-08.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: (a) manage your waitlist registration and contact you at launch; (b) improve the platform through anonymised usage analytics; (c) send product-related communications if you have consented; (d) comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent at registration (art. 4 law 09-08) and on the performance of a service contract when you use the platform.
5. Recipients
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical sub-processors (hosting, transactional email) under strict confidentiality obligations. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
6. Retention
Waitlist data is retained until the platform launches and for 3 years after your last interaction. Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and 2 years after cancellation.
7. Your rights

8. Cookies and trackers
Our site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that sets no cookies and transmits no data to third parties. No advertising pixels or third-party tracking tools are used.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure (HTTPS, encryption at rest, restricted data access).
10. Changes
