1. Data controller
Issam Elbouhati ('we'), a natural person trading as Aqarrati, based at Lots Al Ouama 2, Rue 88 N°16, Tangier 90060, Morocco, is the controller of your personal data in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2. Data collected
We collect: full name, email address, phone number, professional role (landlord, agency, investor), number of properties managed, and anonymised platform usage data (pages viewed, events clicked). We do not collect sensitive data as defined by law 09-08.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: (a) create and manage your account and provide the service; (b) improve the platform through anonymised usage analytics; (c) send product-related communications if you have consented; (d) comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent at registration (art. 4 law 09-08) and on the performance of a service contract when you use the platform.
5. Recipients
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical sub-processors (hosting, transactional email) under strict confidentiality obligations. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. If you accept trackers, browsing data is also sent to Meta, Google and Microsoft (see the "Cookies and trackers" section).
6. Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and 2 years after cancellation. Prospect data is retained for 3 years after your last interaction.
7. Your rights
Under law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at: [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la Protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
8. Cookies and trackers
Our site uses Plausible Analytics, an audience measurement tool that sets no cookies and shares no data with third parties, so it requires no consent. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google Analytics, trackers that set cookies and send browsing data to Meta and Google for marketing measurement and targeting, as well as Microsoft Clarity, which records page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) to produce session recordings and heatmaps, with sensitive fields masked; this data is sent to Microsoft, which may process it outside Morocco. These trackers load only after you explicitly agree: until you answer, or if you decline, none of them runs. You can change your choice at any time below.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords (never stored in plain text), and restricted data access.
