How do I add a new property?
From Properties, add a property with its address, type and rent.
Can I import my existing properties?
Yes, from Properties, with a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.
How do my tenants pay?
You record each rent payment you receive. The tenant can also send their transfer proof from their portal or a link, and you approve it. Online card payment is not offered.
Can my contracts be in Arabic?
Yes, every contract can be generated in Arabic or French.
How do I invite a team member?
In Settings, on the Team tab, invite them by e-mail and choose their role. Available from the Agence plan.
